How much does a ride cost?
Our fares are fixed by area, not by the meter, so you know your price before you book. For example, a one-way ride between LAX and Santa Monica or Beverly Hills is $181.25, the San Fernando Valley is $200.00, and Malibu is $237.50. Use the price calculator for your exact trip.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Yes. The price you see is all-inclusive. It already includes a 20% chauffeur gratuity, plus a 5% fuel surcharge on airport and point-to-point rides. Hourly rides include the 20% gratuity with no fuel surcharge. There are no hidden fees.
How do I book a ride?
Choose your trip in the price calculator, enter your pickup details, and pay securely at checkout. Prefer to talk to someone? Call us any time at 213-400-6000.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Online bookings need at least 3 hours' notice so we can arrange your chauffeur. If your ride is sooner than that, call 213-400-6000 and we will do our best to help, subject to availability. For early flights and busy event days, booking a day or more ahead is a good idea.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your airline and flight number when you book, and we will keep an eye on your flight. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate flight delays, subject to availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your pickup. No-shows are not refunded. You can read the details in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
What vehicles do you have?
Luxury Sedan: up to 3 passengers and 2 bags (Lincoln Continental or similar). Luxury SUV: up to 7 passengers and 6 bags (Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition or similar). Traveling with a larger group? Call 213-400-6000 for a custom quote.

We serve LAX, Hollywood Burbank (BUR), Van Nuys (VNY), Long Beach (LGB), John Wayne (SNA) and Ontario (ONT), with rides across Los Angeles, the Westside, the San Fernando Valley, Malibu, Santa Clarita, the Conejo Valley and Ventura County. See our Airport Transfers page for all airports and routes.
Do you offer hourly service?
Yes. Hourly chauffeur service is $85 per hour plus 20% gratuity ($102 per hour all-in), with a 3-hour minimum. You can book up to 12 hours online. For longer days, call us for a custom quote.
Can I book a round trip?
Yes. A round trip is exactly double the one-way price. Choose Round trip in the price calculator and add your return details when you book.
Do you serve events, business travel and cruises?
Yes. We provide rides to SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, Kia Forum, Crypto.com Arena, Dodger Stadium and the Hollywood Bowl, as well as corporate travel and private rides to and from the Los Angeles cruise terminals.
